The crusher is capable of processing a wide range of materials, including plastic pipes, profiles, containers, bottles, packaging materials, injection molding waste, pallets, and other products made from PE, PP, PVC, PET, and ABS plastics. After shredding, the material is converted into a uniform particle size suitable for further processing stages such as washing, drying, pelletizing, or the production of recycled plastic materials.

Working Principle:

Plastic waste is fed into the crusher’s loading chamber, where the rotor equipped with cutting knives performs the shredding process to achieve the required particle size. After processing, the crushed material is transferred to the following recycling stages, including washing, sorting, drying, pelletizing, or further production of new plastic products.
