GK3000 Mounted compost turner

The GK3000 Mounted Compost Turner is designed for the production of high-quality, sanitized compost from solid and semi-liquid waste of animal and plant origin.

It aerates the composting material, shreds solid particles to an optimal size, regulates temperature, and maintains the required moisture level via an integrated liquid spraying system. These functions promote the chemical reactions necessary to produce high-quality compost.

The turner is PTO-driven and operated by a tractor, moving at speeds of up to 300 m/h.

Efficiency and durability:

• The compost turner is equipped with an 800-liter liquid tank and an integrated spraying system. Using nozzles, it sprays water or other liquids onto the material during windrow turning, supplying the compost with essential nutrients.
• Homogenization of the composting material is achieved by a unique function that lowers the rotor by 10 cm during operation before returning it to the standard height, ensuring thorough mixing.
• The rotor flails are made of wear-resistant materials and can be easily replaced when necessary.

Performance and windrow layout:

• Windrow dimensions: Each windrow should be 3 meters wide and 1.5 meters high.
• Layout requirements: To ensure unimpeded passage of the turner, a minimum distance of 2.5 meters must be maintained between windrows. The working surface must be level and even.
• Operation: The composting material is thrown 1.5–2 meters behind the machine's rotating drum.
