The TBU XL is ideally suited for vertical and trapezoidal compost windrows up to 4 meters in height. The vertical discharge of material ensures thorough mixing of the inner and outer layers of the feedstock, while simultaneously providing secondary shredding of the compost components. This process results in accelerated composting and yields a completely homogeneous, high-quality final product.

The TBU XL is the optimal machine for fast and reliable turning of compost windrows up to four meters high. The turning procedure is space-efficient: the machine trims the sides of the windrow and transfers the trimmed material to form a parallel windrow. The unit is powered by the tractor's PTO via a three-point hitch on a powerful tractor.

Equipped with a milling drum consisting of 35 milling tools and 2 milling cutters, the turner ensures excellent homogenization of the outer and inner layers of the windrow. Many compost components are broken down further during the turning process. The result is a significantly accelerated composting rate and the production of a completely uniform, high-quality compost.
