PPS Production Line Based on the PGM.2U-700 Baler

The production of small items, such as paving stones (brick, wave, honeycomb, hexagon, puzzle, rhombus), takes 8 hours (based on 360-420 press cycles). The molds can be dual or triple-cavity. This press is compatible with molds for products ranging from 200 to 650 mm² in size.

Equipment Layout for Polymer-Sand Products Production with the PGM.2U-700 Press:

• ᴓ325 Reactor;
• PGM.2U-700 Press;
• Drying table;
• Polymer storage area;
• Dry sand storage area;
• Finished product storage area.

Polymer Preparation Section:

• Crusher (capacity – 250 kg/h). Operated by 1 person.
• Agglomerator (capacity from 100 kg/h). Operated by 1 person.
• Extruder (capacity from 100 kg/h) for heavily contaminated polymers. Operated by 1 person.
