Primary shredder - TP/TPH series

The TP/TPH Series primary shredder is a heavy-duty hydraulic-driven machine designed for high-strength operation and reduced maintenance costs. It is widely used for volume reduction of bulky waste and the pre-treatment of solid waste. By combining multiple processing actions, including cutting, shredding, tearing, and compression, the machine can efficiently handle complex mixed waste streams such as untreated municipal solid waste (MSW), construction and demolition waste, and industrial waste.

The TP/TPH Series produces a relatively uniform output particle size, making downstream sorting, separation, and recycling processes more efficient. This helps maximize the recovery of valuable recyclable materials and the production of high-calorific-value RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel). With a specially designed cutter configuration, the shredder can also be used as a bag opener for waste processing applications.
