New Waste Sorting and Transfer Station launched

Our partners have successfully completed new project in the waste management sector: "Reconstruction of the Solid Municipal Waste Sorting and Transfer Station."

In collaboration with partners, the ECOTEKHNOPARK team has implemented new waste management project. The reconstruction of the municipal solid waste (MSW) sorting and transfer station has been completed.

After modernization, the capacity of the solid municipal waste sorting and transfer station has more than doubled, reaching 74,800 tons of SMW per year and 10,000 tons of recyclables per year.

The station comprises 2 lines and the following equipment:

• Bag breaker (bag opener)
• Trommel screen for SMW
• Magnetic metal separator (ferrous metal extractor)
• Dynamic screen (ballistic separator)
• Optical sorter (scanner)
• Sorting cabins (manual sorting stations)
• Conveyor system
• Balers for SMW and recyclables

In March 2023, the facility was successfully accepted by the Client
