RDF fuel production line with a 70,000 tons/year output
The project describes a set of equipment ready for launch of waste treatment and secondary fuel production complex. Changes can be introduced into the project upon the customer’s request.
Description
The equipment set includes:
- Conveyor equipment assembly (reversible conveyor for collecting “leftovers” after sorting, pre-RDF line feed conveyor, small fraction waste discharge conveyors, acceleration conveyor for the optical separator, "heavy" fraction conveyors, RDF feed conveyors for loading);
- Magnetic separator for ferrous metals;
- Shredder (crusher for the fraction less than 350 mm);
- Non-ferrous metal separator;
- Air separator complete with a fraction discharge metal box;
- Universal optical scanner with high-resolution hyperspectral optoelectronic scanning system, providing the amount and purity of the selected target material of 80%;
- Shredder (crusher for the fraction less than 35 mm) complete with a funnel cover with a flanged pipe for vent outlet connection, a complete maintenance metal ramp, a complete outgoing fraction conveyor.
